100 Miles For A Mission
"100 Miles For A Mission"
I am a Christian Marine Corps Veteran. I have dealt with anxiety and depression. The VA has come along way since 2010. I went through the VA medication gauntlet but it only made things worse. I learned about The Mighty Oaks Warrior Foundation through a friend and he highly recommend that I go through the program. Mighty Oaks has profoundly made a positive impact on me. It has brought healing and given me a new life purpose through hope in Jesus Christ. I have seen battle hardened Warriors hearts be healed and softened by Christ Jesus through this program. I believe this is the best program for Veterans dealing with PTSD. I realized that these Veterans have been severely effected by trauma and that Jesus Christ was the best way to healing. But Veterans are not the only ones effected by trauma, that’s when I heard about "All Things Possible". They also share the belief in trauma relief through Jesus Christ. They have helped thousands of misplaced and abused women and children around the world. They have put there lives in danger in order to help and spread the word of Jesus Christ. “All Things Possible” also helps Veterans that are effected by trauma. I feel that God is nudging us to help these two faith based organizations. A couple of Marines and myself are rucking 100 miles, from Lansing, MI to Grand Haven, MI on May 28th-May 31st 2021. On May 31st we are holding a murph workout on the Grand Haven city beach. We want to bring awareness and raise money to help support these two great organizations. “Mighty Oaks Warrior Foundation” and “All Things Possible” are lead by God Fearing people that are truly spreading the Word of Jesus Christ. You can learn more about these two organizations through the links on our page. Please spread the word and if you feel called, please donate. God Bless |
